Welcome to our commercial division. We understand that commercial customer maintenance needs are different, like retail is to industrial, and that commercial clients have other concerns like site operation and safety, and regular quarterly reporting.
Good Old Days Strata Maintenance has the ability to accommodate these different aspects of maintenance and service.
Good Old Days is well-equipped to complete a one-visit task or multiple-day projects. We do travel, and service the entire Vancouver Island and Broken Gulf Islands.
Cost for travel time and travel expenses would be built into the client quote when needed so they know the cost upfront.

- A service plan can be job-to-job or annual inspection and maintenance
- Job reports upon completion when required
- WCB Clearance Letter
- Certificate of insurance (COI) confirming you are added to our Liability Coverage
