Handyman

If you look up the word “handyman” in the dictionary you will see it described as “one competent in a variety of small skills or inventive or ingenious in repair or maintenance work” A handyman is a jack of all trades, a cross-trained individual in multiple areas of skill to fix, repair or replace items inside or outside of your strata buildings.

Because our focus is maintenance and repairs of strata properties we know the common ‘handyman’ tasks that come up and for almost all of them, we have the tools and skills to complete them for you. What if we don’t? We can put you in touch with someone who can and, depending on the task, coordinate with them to make it easier for you!

Here are some of the tasks we have completed for our wonderful clients:

• Window cleaning;

• Building and repairing gates and fences;
• Interior and exterior painting;
• Cleaning and upgrading gutters;
• Installing light fixtures;
• Replacing screen doors;
• Removing debris;
• Upgrading stairs; and
• the favourite of our team members, finishing off a client's leftover apple pie (when offered of course)!
